Dixie Scott-Marshall

Dixie Scott-Marshall is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager for Copper & Diamonds in the US and Canada at Rio Tinto since April 2012. In this role, Dixie manages HR support and services for three mines, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
