James Martin

James joined our Executive Committee as Chief People Officer on 6 April 2021. Previously, James was a partner at Egon Zehnder, a global leadership advisory firm, for 15 years.

He has led a range of global practices and specialises in coaching, talent management and leadership development. Prior roles include senior equity research roles at Credit Suisse First Boston and ABN AMRO. He began his career as a pilot in the UK’s Royal Air Force.
