Liesl Barnardt

Liesl Barnardt has extensive experience in managerial and consulting roles within the shared services and human resources sectors. Currently serving as the Manager Delivery Partner for Group Services within Employee Services People Services (ESPS) at Rio Tinto since December 2021, Liesl oversees partnerships with significant Atlantic stakeholders and manages various business improvement initiatives, specializing in SAP HR, Time, Benefits, and Payroll. Additionally, since July 2018, Liesl has been the ASUG SLC Chapter Program Chair, where responsibilities include organizing quarterly meetings, securing speakers and sponsors, and facilitating networking events. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Rio Tinto from June 2011 to January 2020 and a project management role at EPI-USE from September 1994 to June 2011.
