Marie-Pierre Paquin

Marie-Pierre Paquin currently serves as the Head of Science and Partnerships and Chief Advisor in the Office of the Chief Scientist at Rio Tinto, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this, Marie-Pierre was the Head of Department for the UGS plant at Rio Tinto Fer et Titane from March 2015 to November 2018 and held various roles including Manager Research Pyrometallurgy and Assistant Superintendant at Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium from October 2003 to March 2015. Marie-Pierre's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, a Diplome d'études supérieures spécialisées en gestion from HEC Montréal, and two degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and Université Laval.
