Matt Cave

Matt Cave is an experienced change management professional currently serving as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Rio Tinto Aluminium since January 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Change Manager at CSR Limited from January 2022 to December 2023 and at the City of Gold Coast from May 2021 to January 2022. Matt's extensive background in change management also includes a tenure at nbn™ Australia, where roles included Change Manager in the nbn Enterprise Change Practice and Process Improvement Lead with a focus on Lean Six Sigma. Earlier experience includes positions at Telstra as a Team Leader and Business Specialist. Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Management and Marketing from the University of New England in Australia.
