Melissa Gray

Melissa Gray is an experienced professional in the field of environmental health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the HSESC Systems Lead for Iron Ore at Rio Tinto since April 2006. Melissa has played pivotal roles in developing global processes, leading systems transitions, and managing multi-disciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with various regulatory requirements. Previous positions at Rio Tinto include Principal Environment - Technical, Superintendent Environment - Technical, Reporting and Systems, and Environmental Advisor across various projects and sites. Prior to Rio Tinto, Melissa worked at BGC Contracting as Superintendent - Environment and Quality. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Murdoch University.
