Rachel Fojtik

Rachel Fojtik is an experienced professional in HR data governance and analytics, currently serving as HR Data Governance Principal at Rio Tinto since October 2023 and as Managing Director at Data Literate by Design since September 2019. Previously, Rachel held various senior roles at Mater Health Services, including Senior Leader for Business Engagement Data and Digital Solutions and Director of Analytics and Performance. Rachel has a history of leading technical teams to implement data architecture and reporting solutions across multiple sectors, including partnering with Queensland Health and leveraging QlikSense at Mater Health Services. Additional roles include Design Analyst at Telstra and Qlik Developer at CS Energy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, completed in 1995.
