Steve Cole

Steve Cole has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as a Mining & Maintenance Superintendent at Rio Tinto, overseeing operations at the Ranger Uranium Mine since October 2018. Prior to this, Steve held various supervisory and management roles, including Superintendent of Select Mining at Roy Hill and Open Pit Superintendent at Norton Gold Fields, where responsibilities encompassed team supervision and compliance management for mining operations. Steve also has a background in the hospitality sector as the Proprietor/Manager of MIDAS MOTELS, and earlier experience in mining services and security management. With a career spanning several decades, Steve has developed a comprehensive skill set in mining operations, team leadership, and operational compliance.
