Tolga Egrilmezer

Tolga Egrilmezer serves as the Group Head of Sales & Marketing at Rio Tinto since January 2017, overseeing overall product revenue lines in iron ore, aluminum, copper, minerals, and battery materials. Prior roles at Rio Tinto include Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where Tolga contributed to the Global Mine to Market organization. Tolga has held significant governance positions, including Vice Chair of the Board at the International Aluminium Institute and membership on the Board of Directors for both The Aluminum Association and the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative. Prior to Rio Tinto, Tolga was Executive Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Sapa, leading various strategic initiatives and operations across Asia. Education was completed with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & Administration from Middle East Technical University.
