Ryleigh Unrau

Ryleigh Unrau has a diverse range of work experience. Ryleigh started their career as a Retail Sales Associate at Cherry Lane, where they provided excellent customer service and worked effectively in a team setting. Ryleigh later took on the role of Assistant Accountant, assisting with various financial procedures. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing and Events Coordinator, designing social media activities and organizing public events. Ryleigh also gained experience as a Private Tutor at the Learning Disabilities Association of Niagara Region, developing effective lesson plans for individual students. Ryleigh has also worked as a Food Safety Assistant at Andrewes Farms Ltd., focusing on quality control and shipping/receiving in a factory setting. Recently, they held positions at Calamus Estate Winery as a Winery Sales and Marketing Coordinator and then as a Marketing and Retail Manager. Currently, they are working as an Inside Sales Representative at Samuel, Son & Co. Overall, Ryleigh has a strong background in sales, marketing, event coordination, and finance, with a diverse skill set that includes customer service, social media management, and lesson planning.

Ryleigh Unrau completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Maternal and Child Health at Brock University from 2016 to 2018. Following that, they pursued Business Sales and Marketing studies at Niagara College from 2018 to 2020. Eventually, in 2020-2021, Ryleigh obtained a Graduate Certificate in Wine Business Management (Post Grad) from Niagara College.

Additionally, Ryleigh acquired several certifications, including Customer Experience Mastery from The INSIDE View Inc. in June 2021, Niagara Ambassador from the Tourism Partnership of Niagara in October 2020, and Business-to-Business Sales, Learning HitFilm Express, Sales: Handling Objections, and Selling with Stories, Part 1: What Makes a Great Story? from LinkedIn in November 2019. Ryleigh also holds certificates in AED, CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler from Perimed Inc. in June 2018, as well as a Smart Serve certificate from Smart Serve Ontario in March 2017.
