Tristan Poupart

Tristan Poupart is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organizational effectiveness and project management. Currently serving as a Human Performance Facilitator and Principal Advisor for Organizational Effectiveness at Rio Tinto since May 2019, Tristan focuses on addressing critical people and organizational issues to position the company for future success. Prior to this role, Tristan worked at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Transformation, where engagement in complex team discussions helped organizations improve operations. Additional experience includes roles at Voith Hydro as Commercial Manager, SNC-Lavalin as an Engineer and as a Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forces. Tristan holds an MBA in Management Consulting from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), as well as a Master in Law specializing in ADR from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
