Ben Boedeker, DVM, MD, PhD, MBA has an extensive and diverse work experience in the medical field. Ben currently holds the position of Director of Military Medicine at Rion since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Medical Director and Co-Founder at Lincoln Therapeutics starting from March 2020. From June 2020 to September 2022, they worked as the Medical Director at West Therapeutic Development. Prior to that, they were the CEO of VVV6 LLC from July 2019 to August 2021. Ben also held the position of Director of Telemedicine at Corvent Medical Inc from June 2020 to January 2021.

Earlier in their career, they co-founded and served as the CEO of VEVICI LLC, a virtual biotechnology small business from April 2019 to June 2020. Ben also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Kode Biotech USA from May 2018 to May 2020.

In the academic field, Dr. Boedeker served at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Medicine as the Director of the Center for Advanced Technology and Telemedicine from January 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they held the positions of Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of the Center for Advanced Technology and Telemedicine at UNMC from June 2002 to January 2016.

Ben'scareer started in the USAF, where they served as a Colonel in the Medical Corps from 1979 to 2009.

Ben Boedeker, DVM, MD, PhD, MBA completed their education in a chronological manner. Starting in 1975, they attended Colorado State University where they obtained a DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) degree in 1979 with a focus on veterinary medicine. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Pathology at Georgetown University from 1979 to 1982. Continuing their academic journey, they then attended the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine from 1983 to 1987, earning an MD (Doctor of Medicine) degree in the field of Medicine. In 1996 to 1998, they additionally attended the USAF Air War College, although the specific degree or field of study was not provided. Later on, in 2000 to 2002, they pursued an MBA (Master of Business Administration) at Regis University, specializing in business.
