Ethan Arnold is a strategic advisor in Chicago at Riordan. Ethan has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working extensively with community hospitals and academic medical centers to improve their operating performance. In their previous role as a partner at CSC Healthcare / APM, they developed tools and methodologies in several key areas, including turnarounds, process centered redesign and patient access / throughput. Ethan has also worked closely with senior leadership and physicians to help them execute significant, sustainable performance improvements. Prior to that, they were a consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting where they worked with community hospitals, post acute care providers and other healthcare providers on their strategic positioning including the development of CONs and reimbursement modelling.
Ethan Arnold studied chemistry as an undergraduate at Lafayette College, and then went on to earn a master's degree in health/health care administration/management from Yale University School of Public Health.
