Jamie Amentler has a diverse work experience background. They started their career as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at L'Oréal, where they excelled in sales and customer service. They then transitioned into the legal field, working as a Paralegal at Collinsworth, Specht, Calkins & Giampaoli, LLP. In this role, they managed various accounting tasks and drafted letters.

Jamie continued gaining legal experience as a Legal Intern at Ichor Systems, Inc., where they led document reviews and created comprehensive matrices. They also worked as a Summer Legal Intern at Jackson & Efting, conducting legal research and drafting memos and letters.

In 2018, Jamie took on multiple roles, including a Law Clerk position at Toluca Law Corp., where they conducted research on corporate litigation issues. They also worked as a Student Associate at the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic, providing legal services and drafting a founders agreement. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Development Editor at the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal, training associates and advising them on editorial processes.

Jamie then joined Seagate Technology as a Senior Project Manager, researching and drafting company policies and assisting in contract negotiation. They later became a Corporate Counsel II, managing subsidiaries, drafting proxy statements, and completing various projects. Currently, Jamie is with Riot Platforms, Inc. as an Associate General Counsel and will soon become the VP, Associate General Counsel, Securities.

Throughout their career, Jamie has showcased their legal expertise, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Jamie Amentler obtained a J.D. degree in Law from Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating in 2019. They also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award - Legal Issues of Startups from the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction.
