Adam Hayto

Adam Hayto is an experienced technical operations manager with a strong background in broadcast engineering and live operations, currently serving as the Technical Operations Centre Manager (Live Ops) for Riot Games since March 2022. In this role, Adam contributes to the strategic management of Project Stryker Dublin, focusing on the development of technical standards and operational procedures for esports events. Prior to Riot Games, Adam held various positions at QVC, including Broadcast Engineering Operations Manager and MCR Manager, where operational practices for broadcast environments were implemented. Earlier experience includes roles with Thomson Reuters and GlobeCast, managing critical operations and supervising teams in high-pressure broadcast settings. Adam holds a BA Hons in Music Technology from the University of West London.
