Brian Riley

Brian Riley is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources leader with a diverse background in the gaming, technology, and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services at Riot Games, Brian has played a pivotal role in expanding the company's workforce from 2,500 to over 4,000 employees while building global talent acquisition teams. Prior to Riot Games, Brian held significant positions at Amazon, including Head of Talent Acquisition for HQ2 and Global Head of HR Operations, where significant recruiting infrastructure was established in relation to new headquarters. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Capital One and MicroStrategy, marked by successful recruitment strategies and organizational transformations. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University.
