CT Rhude is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in technology and software development. Currently at Riot Games since February 2021, CT has driven improvements in interviewing and hiring processes, enhanced team morale, and matured company culture, resulting in significant cost savings and improved product delivery. Previously, CT held roles at prominent companies including Amazon, where contributions included developing systems for Ring and enhancing the customer experience for Amazon Prime Video. As Executive Director of Engineering at Beachbody, leadership was provided to ensure reliable eCommerce tools for a high-revenue business segment. CT has also served as VP of Engineering at ReachLocal, Sr. Director of Engineering at Sole Society, and has held various managerial positions at organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, eHarmony.com, and Yahoo Search Marketing. CT holds a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained in 2003.
