Leo Lin

Leo Lin is an experienced executive in the gaming and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Head of China at Riot Games since April 2017, where leadership extends to TJ Sports, a joint venture with Tencent. Previously, Leo held the position of Co-CEO and Board Director at TJ Sports from January 2019 to September 2021. Leo's past roles include Chief Operating Officer at TripAdvisor China from April 2015 to April 2017, where responsibilities encompassed overall P&L management and business operations, and a tenure at McKinsey & Company as a management consultant from September 2012 to April 2015, focusing on strategy and organizational transformation for leading firms in the automobile and TMT sectors. Leo began a career in brand management at Procter & Gamble from July 2007 to September 2012, successfully building the Crest brand in China. Leo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from Fudan University, completed in 2007.
