Marc Connolly is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and culinary operations. Currently serving as the General Manager of Liberty Tap Room at Homegrown Hospitality Group since April 2013, Marc also holds the position of Consulting Chef/Operator at Zuri Arlington, where responsibilities include developing the food and beverage concept for the hotel and surrounding community. Previously, Marc founded and operated Empire Rock Bar, the only rock bar in the DFW area, and has held various executive roles such as Culinary Director at OT Tavern Dallas and Executive Chef at BlackFinn American Saloon. Marc's extensive experience encompasses managing large-scale restaurant operations, culinary development, and staff training, backed by degrees in Business Management & Marketing from Buffalo State University and music composition courses at Berklee Institute of Music.
