Bec Christian

Bec Christian has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the retail industry. They started their career at Rip Curl in 2004, holding various HR roles including Group HR Manager and Global HR Director. In 2013, they joined Club Monaco as the Human Resources Director. After that, they worked at Ralph Lauren as the Senior HR Director for both the Denim & Supply and Retail divisions. In 2016, they joined Seafolly P/L as the Global HR Director. Finally, they returned to Rip Curl in 2017 as the Group GM for People and Culture and later became the Group HR Projects Director.

Bec Christian completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology at Swinburne University of Technology from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Southeast Asian Studies from Victoria University.
