Christine Joy Caranay has held a variety of roles in the sales, customer service, and operations industries since 2000. Christine Joy began their career as a Team Supervisor at ClientLogic in 2000, where they were responsible for leading and coaching a maximum of 30 call center agents. In 2006, they moved to Astrumdux Inc. as a Manager of Sales. Christine Joy then joined Stellar Global Solutions Philippines, Inc. in 2007 as an Operations Manager. In 2011, they took on the role of Customer Care and Key Accounts Support Manager at DHL, where they operated an effective Tracing and Service Recovery System and Customer Loyalty program. Later that year, they became a Manager for Operations at Tech Mahindra, managing a team of supervisors and 140 agents. In 2012, they became the Proprietress of KSD Carwash and Auto Detailing. In 2018, they joined Timberpro Inc. as a Technical Sales Professional, demonstrating products and services to existing/potential customers. In 2019, they became a Sales Manager at QEnergy Limited Australia, setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Most recently, in 2021, they took on roles as a Sales Professional at Ecube Labs Co., Ltd. and a Salesperson at Rip Van.

Christine Joy Caranay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism from Centro Escolar University and attended Immaculate Heart of Mary College.
