Josefina Morixe

Josefina Morixe has worked for a number of companies over the years. Josefina began their career in 2007 as a Customer Support Assistant at IBM Argentina. In 2010, they moved to Accenture, where they held the roles of Expatriate Tax Sr. Analyst and Expatriate Tax Analyst. In 2014, they joined KPMG as an HR Sr Analyst. In 2015, they joined ExxonMobil, where they held the roles of HR Advisor, HR Process Delivery & Employee Services Advisor, HR Team Lead, and Recruiting Analyst. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Rip Van as an HR Manager.

Josefina Morixe began their education in 2010, when they attended the University of Buenos Aires, where they earned a degree in Relaciones del Trabajo with a focus in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general in 2016. In 2020, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
