Carolien Vos is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at RIPE NCC, leading the HR department and the Facility and Support department. With a background in HR strategy, change management, coaching, and organizational strategy, Carolien has experience in various roles such as HR Manager at I-SEC Nederland BV, HR Director, and HR Consultant. Additionally, Carolien has worked in roles focused on individual coaching, therapy for adolescents, special education, and sales. Carolien holds a Masters in Developmental Psychology and has pursued additional education in Change Management and Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times.
