Bruno Figueirerdo Acorsi

Bruno Figueirerdo Acorsi serves as the Head of Operations and Head of Support & CX at Ripio since February 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing departmental productivity and quality metrics. Prior to this, Bruno worked at Accenture from October 2013 to February 2017 as a Supervisor in Help Desk SAP, focusing on achieving service level agreement goals and key performance indicators. Bruno also held the position of SAP Global Incident Coordinator - SME at Accenture from January 2011 to September 2012, supporting various SAP modules for a multinational pharmaceutical client while ensuring compliance with productivity and quality standards. Bruno completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at Fundacion de Altos Estudios en Ciencias comerciales between 2013 and 2017.
