Ashley Michener, MPH, CCM, CHES, currently serves as the Manager of Patient Engagement at Rippl since June 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Care Navigation Manager at NeuroFlow from February to May 2025 and various positions at Quartet Health from July 2019 to February 2025, where responsibilities included Operations Manager and Senior Care Navigator roles. Previous experience also encompasses a Care Manager position at Humana from April 2016 to July 2019, and a Skill Development Specialist role at Envision in early 2016. Ashley earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Additional qualifications include training in HIV/AIDS education and prevention and certification in VIBES, Fundamentals, and Partner services.
