Jacqueline Chenier is an experienced consultant specializing in sustainable local development, project management, and socio-environmental conflict resolution. Currently serving as an independent consultant with Organizaciones de desarrollo en Africa y America Latina since July 2023, Jacqueline has also held the role of Coordinator for the business component at Send a Cow since September 2018. Additionally, Jacqueline has operated as an Associate independent consultant since October 2021. Jacqueline holds a Master's degree in Rural Development and International Agriculture from Cornell University, obtained between 1993 and 1995.
