Swapna O. has worked in the software engineering field since 2007. swapna began their career at Tata Elxsi as a Software Engineer, where they worked as a developer and was involved in writing the HPK layer for OpenTv Middleware and implementing the virtual drivers for Irdeto Conditional access system. In 2010, they moved to NDS services Pay TV Technology as a Software Engineer. In 2018, they held two positions: Software Development Engineer In Test at VLG Ventures LLC and Software Development Engineer In Test at ClassCalc. In 2019, they joined Ripple Science as a QA Automation Engineer, and was later promoted to Sr. QA Automation Engineer.

Swapna O. holds a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
