Lauren Belive

Lauren Belive serves as the Global Co-Head of Policy and Head of US Public Policy and Government at Ripple since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Director of Government Affairs at SoftBank Group Corp. from January 2022 to January 2023, and was the Head of US Government Relations at Zoom from September 2020 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as the Head of Federal Government Relations at Lyft, Policy Director for the U.S. House Committee on Rules, and working in the Office of Legislative Affairs at The White House. Early in Lauren's career, roles included Legislative Assistant for the Obama Biden Transition Team and Regional Research Director for Obama for America. Lauren started in government service as a Staff Assistant for the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform under Chairman Henry Waxman. Education includes degrees from Barnard College and Georgetown University.
