Amit Das

Amit Das has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Amit started their career as a Customer Service Representative at [24]7 in 2004. Amit then moved on to Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Support Engineer in 2006. In 2007, they joined MindTree Limited as an Associate Manager in Talent Acquisition. Amit worked there until 2010 when they joined ScaleneWorks as an Associate Manager. In 2011, they joined IBM as a Recruitment Professional and worked there until 2014. Amit then joined MAQ Software as a People Operations Lead for a few months in 2016. Since then, they have been working at RippleHire, first as a Senior Customer Success Manager and currently as the Director of Customer Success.

Amit Das completed their high school education at D.A.V Public School from 1992 to 1999. Amit then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, graduating in 2004. Later, from 2014 to 2015, Amit attended the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, where they obtained a PGDM degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
