Keerthi Kariappa has extensive work experience in customer success, leadership coaching, and talent acquisition. Keerthi is currently the Chief Customer Officer at RippleHire, where they focus on driving customer success and delivering exceptional customer experience. Keerthi leads a team of professionals in onboarding, support, and success. Previously, Keerthi worked at LinkedIn as the Head of Customer Success for Talent Solutions and Hiring Solutions in India. Keerthi also held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Capillary Technologies. Additionally, Keerthi has experience as a customer success mentor for Women in Customer Success and as a life and leadership coach at Connect To Core. Keerthi has a background in recruitment and delivery management in various companies such as Misys International Financial Systems Pvt Ltd, Mindteck India Limited, and iGATE Global Solutions. Keerthi began their career as a software engineer at Network Programs Inc.
Keerthi Kariappa has a diverse education history. In 1989, they began their studies at Mangalore University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science in 1995. Following this, in 2018, Keerthi enrolled at Coach for Life, USA, and completed a Graduate degree in Life and Leadership Coaching in 2019.
In addition to their formal education, Keerthi has also obtained various certifications. In July 2020, they completed the "Cultivating Cultural Competence and Inclusion" certification through LinkedIn. In October 2020, they obtained three certifications from LinkedIn: "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Skills for Inclusive Conversations." Furthermore, in June 2021, Keerthi completed the "Deep Coaching Intensive Foundation Program" offered by the Center for Transformational Coaching. Lastly, in February 2021, they obtained the "Associate Certified Coach (ACC)" certification from the International Coaching Federation.
