Eyal Hefer

Eyal Hefer's work experience starts in 1997 at NICE Systems, where they served as MPE Engineering Product Leader until 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they worked at Polycom as an Engineering Projects Leader, overseeing various projects in telecommunication systems. In 2006, they joined Fiberzone Networks as the Director of Operations & NPI Engineering, responsible for establishing NPI engineering and quality departments. Eyal then moved on to Compass Networks in 2014 as the Director of Engineering and Quality, where they managed engineering activities and quality assurance. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at HumanEyes as the Director of Operations and Engineering, leading all operations and engineering department activities. Currently, they are the VP Operations at Ripples, where they oversee the company's operations team and manages various aspects of production, supply chain, and logistics.

Eyal Hefer completed their high school education at Amal 1 Petah Tiqwa from 1985 to 1989, obtaining a degree in P.Engineer with a focus on Electronics. Later, from 1995 to 1998, they enrolled at The Open University of Israel, where they pursued studies in Mathematics and Computer Science, although no degree is specified for this period.
