Anne Maguire

Anne Maguire is a seasoned marketer with a robust background in growth marketing and strategy. Currently serving as Growth Marketing Lead at Rippling since October 2025, Anne previously held the position of Head of Growth Marketing at Zip Security from June 2024 to October 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Growth Marketing, Enterprise Marketing Senior Manager, and Senior Marketing Lead at Redesign Health between October 2022 and June 2024. Anne's career in marketing began at Kepler, where multiple positions from Associate Director to Senior Analyst in Optimization & Innovation were held from May 2017 to March 2021. Additionally, an impactful internship in Global Brand Management was completed at The Coca-Cola Company in summer 2015. Anne Maguire earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University, completing studies in May 2016 after graduating from Westfield High School in 2011.
