Rakesh Nair

Rakesh Nair is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Rippling since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rakesh held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Segment from August 2016 to January 2023 and served as Senior Engineering Manager at Groupon between June 2012 and August 2016. Rakesh’s career began at IBM, where a role as a Software Engineer was held from August 2007 to July 2010. Rakesh holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Kerala, India.
