Sachith Gullapalli

Sachith Gullapalli is a seasoned technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Rippling since January 2020, where responsible for founding the Time & Attendance team and driving the product's growth to a multi-million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) range. Prior to this role, Sachith co-founded Docucharm in January 2019, a startup backed by Y Combinator and Initialized Capital, focused on utilizing machine learning to convert documents into structured data. Previously, Sachith worked as a Software Engineer at Google from August 2017 to December 2018, specializing in interpretable machine learning for user journey understanding, and completed a software engineering internship at Facebook in 2016. Sachith holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Yale University.
