Sarah Penland

Sarah Penland is an experienced recruiting and talent management professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Business Recruiting for CX, Ops, and G&A at Rippling since January 2024. Previously, Sarah held multiple roles at Okta from November 2015 to January 2024, including Senior Program Lead for Employee Experience & Talent Management, Co-Chair of the Women@Okta Employee Resource Group, and Senior Recruiting Manager for the Customer First organization. Sarah's background also includes recruiting and outreach roles at Groupe Insearch and the Academy of Art University, showcasing a strong foundation in human resources, talent management, and strategic recruiting. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Art with a minor in Communication Studies from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
