Trevor Elmo

Trevor Elmo is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Sourcer and Senior GTM Recruiter at Rippling since November 2023, Trevor oversees full cycle recruiting for the GTM organization across the US, Canada, and India. As the Founder of Evolution Search Group since May 2018, Trevor partners with tech startups to deliver top talent across Sales/GTM, IT, and General Administration teams. Previous experience includes roles as a Sales Recruiter at Rubrik, Inc. and Compass, where Trevor led significant recruitment initiatives and improved processes. Trevor's career also encompasses managerial positions at Michael Page and Robert Half. Trevor holds a Bachelor's of Science in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany.
