William Leys

William (Bill) Leys is an experienced sales leader specializing in talent solutions and sales strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Solutions at Rippling since June 2023, Leys is instrumental in launching a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Previously, Leys held key roles such as Head of Go-To-Market and Advisor at ARTA, where significant contracts with industry leaders were secured. Leys' history includes directing commercial enterprise sales at SmartRecruiters, where management of $3 million in client deals was achieved, and leading North American sales at hibob. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth spans multiple companies, including CB Insights and Greenhouse Software, where Leys contributed to the transformation of a nascent business into a $30 million recurring revenue operation. Leys began career foundations at Experian and holds a degree from Florida State University.
