Adélia Costa

Adélia Costa is a professional with a strong background in service desk support and process management. Currently serving in the role of Service Desk at RIS 2048 since March 2022, Adélia has also held positions as Junior Process Support at Stricker for a brief period in early 2022 and as an Analista em Gestão e Organização at Comarpa from February to October 2021. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recepcionista at Aveiro Rossio Hostel in mid-2019. Adélia holds a Bachelor's degree in Gestão e Planeamento em Turismo, a Master's degree in Gestão, and is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Marketing at Universidade de Aveiro.
