Liju Oommen

Liju Oommen currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Risant Health, where responsibilities include directing the strategic development of a value-based healthcare platform and managing multi-million dollar budgets to optimize resource allocation. Previously, at Kaiser Permanente, Liju held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Personalization and Recommendation Systems, where efforts focused on architecture and engineering for hyper-personalization platforms, and Director of Architecture for KP Digital, overseeing the development of a Digital Experience Platform. Early professional experience includes positions as a Principal Architect at Rapidigm, Software Engineer with the State of Oregon's DHS, and roles as a Software Engineer and Consultant in the UK. Liju holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Portland State University and has enhanced expertise through a recent program in Data Science and Machine Learning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
