David Weaver

David Weaver is currently serving as the RISC-V Technical Steering Committee at RISC-V International while also holding the position of Principal Architect at Akeana, a startup company in "stealth mode". Prior to this, David worked as a Principal Architecture Research Engineer at Arm, where David researched future architectural capabilities for Arm processor architecture(s). David also held the role of Senior Principal Engineer / SPARC ISA Architect at Oracle Corporation, where David authored the Oracle SPARC Architecture specification. With a background in Computer Engineering and Computer Science, David has a wealth of experience in architecture development and project leadership.
