Nicole Doyle's work experience begins in 2017 as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Meta, where they focused on recruiting for AR/VR teams within Oculus and Facebook Reality Lab. Nicole then worked as a Principal Technical Recruiter for Product Design at Uber, managing full-cycle recruiting for product teams. In 2020, Nicole served as the Head of Talent at Stedi, helping the company grow from 22 to 42 employees. Nicole also founded their own consulting firm, Parenting At Home, where they provided parent education and consulting services to startups. Nicole later joined Moov Technologies Inc. as the Head of People and Talent, designing interview processes and implementing learning and development programs. Nicole then worked as a People & Talent Advisor for startups at Startup Talent Advisor. Nicole also served as a Senior People Ops Advisor at Reverb, providing consulting services in people operations and leadership development. At First Round Fast Track, they took on the role of Mentor, coaching early-stage founders and team members. Currently, Nicole is the Director of Online Marketing at StartupExperts and the VP of People and Culture at RISC Zero.

Nicole Doyle has attended several educational institutions throughout their academic journey.
