Noa Hen has extensive experience in customer success and program management, currently serving as Team Lead Customer Success at Rise since August 2021, following roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a Customer Success Manager position at appalgo and serving as Program Director for the Access for All program. Noa has also held key roles as Program Manager for the Kidma project and Supervisor at the Lunada museum. Previous experience in public service includes working as Desk Officer at the Prime Minister's Office, where responsibilities involved real-time decision-making and intelligence work, and serving as an Officer in the IDF Intelligence Collection Training Corps along the South Lebanon border. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in business management and education from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
