Shay Peleg

Shay Peleg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in full-stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Full Stack Team Lead at Rise since January 2021, Shay is responsible for enhancing the company's search functionality and exploring innovative solutions. Previously, Shay held the same title at ironSource, leading core team operations and driving agile project deliveries, and contributed as a Full Stack Developer focusing on CI/CD infrastructure projects. Earlier experience includes leading front-end development for Coognitive, working as a Data Analyst and Campaign Manager at Intango, engaging in telemarketing at Meretz-inv, and video editing as an independent contractor. Shay began a military career as a Field Artillery Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, commanding a unit of 80 soldiers. Educational qualifications include a Full-Stack Web Developer certification from Coding Academy Israel and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
