Grace Harrod has a diverse work experience in the banking and fintech industry. Grace started their career at Barclays UK as a Compliance Spring Intern in 2014, where they gained valuable insights into the field. Grace then interned as a PCB Compliance Summer intern at Barclays in 2015. In 2016, Grace joined Barclays as a Graduate Analyst and worked in various roles until 2020, including a position as a Marketing Communications Executive at Rise, created by Barclays. In 2020, they transitioned to Barclays Ventures as a Digital Communications Manager before moving to Rise, created by Barclays - the Home of FinTech, where they served as the FinTech Platform Manager and later became the FinTech Platform Lead & Head of Rise London.
Grace Harrod attended the High School of Dundee from 2000 to 2010. Grace did not earn a degree during this time, nor did they specify a field of study.
