M has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an Operations Team Member at Rise, created by Barclays - the Home of FinTech. They joined this company in September 2019. Before that, they worked as a Ski Instructor at Shawnee Peak Ski Resort from November 2014 to April 2015, where they taught skiing to children of varying ages and skill levels. Prior to that, M worked at HV Talent as an IT Recruiter/IT Account Manager from November 2011 to November 2013, where they conducted initial phone and personal interviews with candidates for IT positions.

M 1 completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp in 2017. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, M 1 attended the University of Buenos Aires and studied Computer Science.
