Nic Lenz has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Currently, in 2022, they serve as a Non-Executive Director at tem. In the same year, they also work as a Mentor in Carbon13, a venture builder program aimed at addressing the climate emergency.

In terms of additional certifications, Nic completed the FT Non-Executive Director Programme from the FT Board Director Programme in June 2022. Nic also obtained certifications in Global Energy & Climate Policy from the University of London in May 2020, Mental Health First Aid Course from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in October 2017, Level 1 FA Coach from The Football Association in May 2017, and WSET Level 2 Award from Wines & Spirit Education Trust in September 2012.
