Freddie Richards

Freddie Richards is an experienced media production professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Production at Rise and Shine and Partners since April 2025, Freddie previously held the position of Head of Production at Omnicom Content Studios in Minneapolis from August 2023 to April 2025. Prior to that, Freddie was the Head of Integrated Production and Senior Vice President at Martin Williams Advertising from November 2018 to August 2023. The professional journey includes significant roles at Carmichael Lynch, including Senior Executive Content Producer, Partner, and Executive Content Producer, as well as several positions at Leo Burnett and an internship as Production Coordinator at MTV Networks. Freddie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Iowa State University and has further education from the New York Film Academy.
