Carla Mengual Oltra has over 12 years of work experience in the digital marketing and growth industry. In 2008, they started their career as an Online Marketing Manager at Discount24.de. Carla then moved on to nonstopConsulting GmbH in 2009, where they served as an International SEM Manager. In the same year, they also worked for Yahoo! as an Online Marketing Analyst. In 2012, they volunteered as a Communication Coordinator at Centro Ecológico Akumal. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Performance Marketing Manager at SoundCloud. In 2015, they started their own business, www.carlamengual.com, as a Digital Marketing Consultant. In 2021, they became the Global Head Paid Channels and Marketing Analytics at The Adecco Group. In 2020, they founded Digital Art District and currently serves as its Founder & Curator. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Head of Growth at FLOWERBX.
Carla Mengual Oltra has a diverse educational background. Carla began their studies in 1998 at the Universitat d'Alacant, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Public Relations in 2002. In 2003, they attended Schoolcraft College and completed a course in Principles of International Marketing. In 2018, they completed an Electronic Music Production course at SAE Institute. In 2019, they began a Master's Degree in Digital Arts Curation at Universitat Ramon Llull, which they are expected to complete in 2020. In 2021, they will be participating in a Growth Coaching Programme at Startup Core Strengths.
