Amber Dumaine

Amber Dumaine is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with extensive experience in product development and training. Currently serving as the Technical Manager and Training Lead at Rise Baking Company since October 2021, Amber previously held the position of R&D Manager at Brill, Inc. from 2006 to June 2022, focusing on new product development for various baked goods and leading company-wide training initiatives. Amber's earlier roles include Food Technologist at Schwan's Company and New Products Supervisor as well as Food Technologist at Golden State Foods. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Auburn University.
