Doug Wilkins

Doug Wilkins has a diverse and extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Doug started their career in 1990 at Schreiber Foods, where they held roles as Operations Team Leader and later as Key Account Manager. In 2002, they joined Pepperidge Farm as an Operations Manager and later became the Manager of Continuous Improvement. At Rise Baking Company, where they began working in 2018, Doug has held the positions of Plant Manager and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. Doug has also implemented various improvement strategies, such as the "Operator Driven Reliability" system and plant performance reporting systems. Doug's work experience highlights their ability to drive success and achieve goals in the manufacturing sector.
